When our aluminum alloy explosion-proof material is placed in a tank, the mesh forms a robust honeycomb structure that segments the tank's interior into numerous 'small compartments.' These compartments effectively prevent flame propagation. The superior thermal conductivity of this honeycomb design swiftly absorbs the heat from combustion, dramatically lowering the final temperature. Consequently, the expansion of reaction gases is minimized, maintaining the container's pressure. Hence, our explosion-proof materials exhibit outstanding explosion suppression capabilities.

  2. Our tank containers are engineered to effectively hinder explosions of flammable and explosive liquids and gaseous chemicals, including gasoline, diesel, and liquefied petroleum gas, under threats like open flames, static sparks, welding, shooting, collision, or mishandling.
  3. By curbing oil and gas evaporation within the tank, we significantly reduce atmospheric pollution, promoting environmental protection and energy conservation.
  4. In fire incidents, the flame height is diminished by approximately 30 times when our explosion-proof material is used, thereby enhancing fire-fighting efforts.
  5. Our solution drastically minimizes the risk of overturning accidents due to surges during oil tanker transportation, reducing the liquid medium's sloshing energy in containers by about 80%.
