1 Security:
The inner layer, constructed with 6mm thick stainless steel, offers superior strength compared to ordinary tanks, which typically use only 5mm material. This enhancement significantly boosts integrity and durability.
The outer layer, made from reinforced fiberglass with a thickness of 2.5mm or more, boasts excellent compressive shock resistance and robust corrosion and electrical erosion resistance.
Our innovative technology creates a gap of 0.1mm between the inner and outer layers, effectively eliminating potential hazards from the source. A senior leak detector provides 24/7 real-time monitoring to preemptively address any leakage threats.
2 The economy is practical:
The double-walled fuel tank is engineered to have a service life 5 to 10 times that of an ordinary tank, confidently ensuring a minimum of 30 years of safe usage. Its installation is straightforward, significantly reducing construction time and investment costs.The fiberglass fuel tank's maintenance requirements are just 1/10th of standard oil tanks, substantially cutting down on upkeep expenses.
3 Environmental protection:
Our innovative double-layer structure, with a minimal gap of 0.1mm, ensures that any potential leakage is contained within the outer FRP layer. This prevents direct contamination of soil and water, while the outer FRP is safeguarded against electrolytic corrosion from groundwater and saltwater.
