Upon incorporating the aluminum alloy explosion-proof material into the tank, the mesh of this material forms a robust honeycomb structure. This structure ingeniously divides the tank's inner cavity into numerous 'small compartments,' effectively preventing the spread of flames. With outstanding thermal conductivity, this honeycomb design rapidly absorbs the majority of combustion heat, significantly lowering the final temperature post-reaction. Consequently, the expansion of reaction gases is minimized, and the pressure within the container remains stable. Thus, these explosion-proof materials offer superior explosion suppression capabilities.

  2. Our tank containers are engineered to effectively inhibit the explosion of flammable and explosive liquid and gaseous hazardous chemicals, such as gasoline, diesel, and liquefied petroleum gas. These containers provide optimal protection against ignition sources like open flames, static sparks, welding, shooting, collisions, and mishandling.
  3. By reducing the evaporation of oil and gas within the tank container, our materials significantly cut down on atmospheric pollution, championing environmental protection and energy conservation.
  4. When engulfed in flames, tank containers fortified with explosion-proof material exhibit a drastic reduction in flame height-by approximately 30 times-facilitating more efficient firefighting efforts.
  5. These materials dramatically mitigate overturning accidents caused by surges during oil tanker transportation. They reduce the sloshing energy of the liquid medium within the container by about 80%, ensuring safer transit.
