Explosion-Proof Theory

When the aluminum alloy explosion-proof material is placed inside a tank, its sophisticated mesh forms a honeycomb structure that compartmentalizes the inner cavity into numerous 'small compartments.' These compartments effectively prevent flame propagation, while the honeycomb structure's superior thermal conductivity per unit volume rapidly absorbs the majority of the heat released during combustion. Consequently, the final temperature post-combustion reaction is significantly lowered, minimizing the expansion of reaction gases and stabilizing the container's pressure. This results in outstanding explosion suppression capabilities.

  2. Our tank containers are ingeniously designed to thwart explosions of flammable and explosive liquid and gaseous hazardous chemicals, such as gasoline, diesel, and liquefied petroleum gas. They remain secure even in scenarios involving open flames, static sparks, welding, shooting, collision, or mishandling.
  3. By inhibiting the evaporation of oil and gas within the tank container, our materials significantly reduce atmospheric pollution, promoting environmental protection and energy conservation.
  4. In the unfortunate event of a sudden fire, the explosion-proof material within the tank container remarkably lowers the flame height by approximately 30 times, facilitating more effective firefighting measures.
  5. During the transportation of oil tanker trucks, our materials substantially diminish overturning accidents caused by surges. They reduce the sloshing energy of the liquid medium within the container by about 80%, ensuring a safer journey.
  6. Our company's barrier explosion-proof materials are engineered with high structural strength and exceptional anti-compression qualities. They minimally impact the container's effective volume, with the mesh body occupying only ≤0.8% and the spherical body ≤1.2% (filling density: 25-35Kg/m3).
