When incorporated into a tank, the aluminum alloy explosion-proof material forms an intricate honeycomb mesh structure. This divides the tank's inner cavity into numerous 'small compartments' that effectively prevent flame propagation. The mesh's exceptional thermal conductivity swiftly absorbs the heat from combustion, significantly lowering the final reaction temperature. Consequently, this reduces the expansion of reaction gases and stabilizes the pressure within the container, endowing the material with superior explosion suppression capabilities.

They remain resilient against triggers like open flames, static sparks, welding, shooting, collisions, and mishandling.
