IBC Medium Bulk Container is a state-of-the-art solution for the warehousing and transportation of liquid products, serving as an indispensable tool. This container features a dual construction: an inner barrel and a galvanized steel framework. The inner container is expertly crafted from high-molecular-weight, high-density polyethylene through blow molding, ensuring exceptional strength, corrosion resistance, and superior hygiene.

 

 

These IBCs are ingeniously engineered in a cube shape, enhancing their space efficiency for packaging, stacking, storing, shipping, and overall use as intermediate bulk containers. The rigid IBC totes come equipped with integrated pallet bases that closely conform to the common pallet standard dimension of 1,200 mm × 1,000 mm or 48 in × 42 in (1,219 mm × 1,067 mm). The IBC container's pallet base is meticulously designed to allow universal maneuverability via forklift/pallet jack channels. Nearly all rigid IBCs are designed to be stacked vertically, enabling efficient space utilization by placing them one atop another with the use of a forklift. Most models conveniently include a built-in tap (valve, spigot, or faucet) at the base of the container. This allows hoses to be easily attached, or enables the contents to be effortlessly poured into smaller containers.
