   Through professional production equipment, strictly control the percentage of chemical content, change the metallic microelements and mechanical properties to make a change of  the internal crystallization of the metal, increase toughness, ductility, bendability and elasticity performance and make a polygonal honeycomb mesh structure material which has long service time and not easy to be corroded and worn.
Explosion-proof theory

    After placing the aluminum alloy explosion-proof material in the tank, because the mesh in the explosion-proof material laminate forms a honeycomb structure, the inner cavity of tank is divided into many "small compartments". These compartments can prevent spreading of flames, and this honeycomb structure has excellent thermal conductivity per unit volume can quickly absorb most of the heat released by combustion , so that the final temperature after combustion reaction is greatly reduced, the expansion of the reaction gas is reduced and the pressure value of the container is not increased. Therefore, explosion-proof materials have good explosion suppression performance.
